General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Baazilive platform (baazilive.im) and its user ("you" or "member"). By registering on Baazilive or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Baazilive is an internationally licensed online sports betting and gaming platform, operated solely for entertainment purposes. We are committed to responsible gaming and helping users build healthy betting habits.

1.1 Scope of Applicability

• These terms apply to all Baazilive services, including Sports Betting, casino games, live betting, and voucher services.
• Baazilive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be informed of changes via email or through the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those new terms.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

1.2 Service Limitations

Baazilive's services are available only to users in regions where online betting is legally permitted. Access from restricted regions may not be possible.

Account & Registration

Opening an account on Baazilive is free. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Baazilive reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name is required.
• You must use the platform of your own free will and in sound mental capacity.
• You must not be a prohibited or banned individual.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Your account must not be used by anyone else. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to Baazilive support immediately.

Baazilive will never ask for your password via email or phone. Anyone requesting your password is not a Baazilive representative — this is likely a fraud attempt.

2.3 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. This involves submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. All information is kept strictly confidential and used for security purposes only.

Betting Rules

Please read this section carefully before placing bets on Baazilive. In the event of any betting dispute, Baazilive's decision shall be final.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

• Minimum bet is ৳20; maximum bet limits vary by market.
• A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message appears on screen.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out option may be used if available.
• If a bet is accepted due to a system error, Baazilive reserves the right to void that bet.

3.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If an event is cancelled, the stake for any bets placed on that event will be refunded. Bets may be voided if an event starts more than 12 hours after the scheduled time. In the event of a technical fault during live betting, settlement will be based on the results recorded up to that point.

3.3 Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Changes in odds after confirmation will not affect an existing bet. However, if odds were demonstrably erroneous and a bet was placed to exploit that error, the bet may be voided.

Payments & Transactions

Payments on Baazilive are fully secure and seamlessly integrated with Bangladesh's mobile payment methods. All transaction data is stored in encrypted form.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while an active bonus is in play until its wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

4.3 Transaction History

All transaction records are available on your account dashboard. Any discrepancies must be reported to support within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Bonuses & Promotions

Baazilive regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are outlined on the relevant promotion page. This section covers the general terms that apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus offer is available once per account, unless otherwise stated.
• Specific offer conditions must be met in order to receive a bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being awarded will expire.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Prior to any withdrawal, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount — this is known as the wagering requirement. Each offer has its own wagering requirement, which is stated individually.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member is found to be abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or engaging in arbitrage betting — all their bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6.1 Data Retention

• Your information will not be shared with any third parties.
• Even after account closure, data may be retained as required by law.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baazilive:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.

Responsible Gaming

7.1 Responsible Gambling Tools

Suspension & Account Closure

Baazilive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

The balance of a suspended account may be held until the investigation is complete. If the account holder is cleared, the full balance will be returned.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact support. If you have a remaining balance, your account will be closed once the withdrawal process is complete.

Changes, Updates & Contact

Baazilive may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or through the platform.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact support first to resolve it. If support is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, it will be escalated to a higher authority. Baazilive's final decision shall be considered binding.
